22nd September 2022: ÉPolAr’s creative writing workshop presented in Graz

The collective ÉPolAr has been setting up a creative writing workshop based on the foresight study Agrimonde-Terra, about land use and food security, for a few months. It is this work in progress that Catrin Bellay and I presented in the 6th International Conference on Ecolinguistics, in Graz (Austria), on behalf of all the other members of the group that work on this workshop: Caroline Cieslik, Élodie Merlot, Jérémy Omer, Matthieu Romagny. The objectives of the workshop are making the results of the foresight study accessible to a large audience, and inviting them to invent positive stories that would enable them to project themselves in a desirable future and act around them to create it. We want to prepare a toolkit in several languages to disseminate the method, and several fellow ecolinguists now expect that we would publish it. To be followed, then! And first of all on the 8th October 2022, 2:30 pm, in the Champs libres, Rennes, for the first open workshop of ÉPolAr.
